All UPVC conservatories should have a professional clean every 2 years, this prevents seals from drying out and therefore reducing the chances of the conservatory leaking and extending the life of your conservatory by many years. (professional cleans cost around a hundred pounds).

Creaking and unusual noises, are a common problem with polycarbonate roofs during the summer and may be caused by the movement of materials during temperature changes, (should not happen with glass roofs). This may also be caused by poor assembly, or parts failure, so if you are not sure get it checked.
Roof movement or any other visual movement should never happen. If it does move stay out of your conservatory and call for assistance immediately.
Drafts there should not be drafts in your conservatory if there are they may be caused by a bad seal.

Misted windows are a common problem in conservatories because they are more exposed to the weather than your house windows. Without correct maintenance the life expectancy of windows can be greatly reduced. It is not a legal requirement to put low E glass (K glass) in conservatories, without this protective coating the window units can breakdown quicker.
