If your doors and windows are still covered under warranty but you are not getting anywhere with the supplier I can talk to your supplier for you, this is something I have done in the past with great results. (Dan from Coventry had his conservatory roof repaired through an insurance backed guarantee I noticed the repair was insufficient and by speaking with the insurance company I managed to get Dan a new roof)
(While installing windows for Rachel in Allesley-Coventry I noticed that one of the windows was poorly constructed and needed to be replaced this I arranged through the manufacturer at no cost to Rachel).
